From start to finish

Loading s.r.o. specialises in renovating residential spaces with an emphasis on design, functionality and precise workmanship. On this project we provided the client with a complete service, from the interior design and realistic visualisations to the build itself. The visualisations made it possible to fine-tune every detail to the client's wishes before work began. The renovation included construction alterations, installation of equipment, and the selection and placement of interior elements. Everything was done with the utmost care and an emphasis on quality materials, modern technology and a timeless look tailored to the owner's individual needs.

Preparing the design after consulting the client:

After consulting the client on the apartment renovation, we began preparing a detailed design that precisely reflected their specific requirements and aesthetic preferences. Our design team proposed the spatial layout, colour palette and interior elements to create a harmonious, modern and functional home. The emphasis was on making the most of the space, quality materials and a timeless design suited to today's lifestyle. Every detail was designed not only to look great but also to add to the overall comfort and practicality of the home.

Thorough preparation of the space for renovation:

Before the apartment renovation itself, the whole space had to be thoroughly prepared. This involved removing the original fittings, old floors, tiling and plaster and, where needed, carrying out structural alterations required by the project. Our aim was to create a clean, technically prepared base for the smooth progress of the following construction and design stages, so that the finished interior would meet both the client's aesthetic expectations and the comfort and functionality of modern living.

Completion: detailing and fine-tuning to a perfect design:

After the core construction work on the apartment, we focused on the final finishes and detailed fine-tuning of the interior. This final phase included installing new equipment, assembling carefully selected furniture and incorporating decorative elements exactly as agreed with the client. Every detail was carefully checked and adjusted so that the result met not only the technical and aesthetic requirements but also the overall atmosphere and character of the new home. Our aim was a harmonious, functional and visually appealing space that fulfils the client's expectations and reflects their personal style.
